Marinade a beef roast or leg of lamb in a cup-full of sauce…after fully cooked remove meat and add potatoes, carrots, and leeks to the rich broth and oven bake until tender.¬† If you hunt this is great on bear, dear, elk & makes killer beef jerky. And even if you happen to have tofu around, this marinade adds the perfect flavor to it.

    This marinade was incredible. I actually used it on a pork tenderloin, let it sit for 2 days prior to grilling. It turned out awesome! It’s got enough salt already in it that you don’t even need to season the meet prior to grilling. It’s deep, pseudo-sweet flavor makes it a great choice for any type of meat. Plus, there isn’t too much sugar in it, so it doesn’t flare up or burn on the grill. Over all great selection and awesome taste!

    This is a great marinade for flat iron steaks. My husband marinaded the steaks for 6 hours and then we broiled the steaks. They were wonderful and so tender. It was like having filet steaks. We are going to try this on other cuts of meat as well. The taste was not too strong or sweet. I would recommend this to anyone. We are sending some of this to our daughter in Wyoming so she can try it too.
